Returns and Subscription Cancellations
- 100% money back guarantee refers to product price only. Shipping and handling costs are not covered, since we do expect you to be responsible for your decision to try a product, by accepting the fee to ship it your way.
- Downloadable products that carry a 100% money back guarantee do not require you to pay for shipping, nor are you required to delete them from your system.
- The time to return a product is mentioned in the product information page. Any return request received after that time will NOT be processed.
- You may only request a refund for any product twice. Asking for a refund more twice on the same product will not be accepted. You may order as many products as many times as you wish, but we will not honor more than two refund requests on a certain product from one client.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that the product you return reaches us in good condition, so we do recommend you use certified mail with tracking. Only products that reach us in good condition are eligible for 100% money back (given all the other conditions are met).
- A returned product must be in good enough condition to be resold, and a copy of your receipt enclosed in order to be eligible for a refund. Unusable items will only be eligible for as much as 50% of item price – depending on the item’s condition, and at our own discretion. A damaged product will not be refunded.
- If a returned product was lost on the way to us, you must produce a valid proof of having returned it, in the form of delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. We will honor and refund such products with proof in full.
Copyright
- All and every material and information on the sites is copyright protected unless explicitly stated otherwise, and we will not hesitate to take legal actions if we discover that the copyright has been overlooked, as well as ban any member who has infringed the copyright of any information on the sites.
Subscription
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price stated on the subscription information page, and will continue to renew until the buyer of said subscription notifies us that they wish to end their subscription.
- Complimentary subscription period that a buyer chooses to exercise their right to will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, unless canceled by the buyer as explained above.
